Veganism is growing bigger every year especially at the start of the year where Carnivores are stuffed full of turkey, buffet leftovers and, so much booze they end up turning into a blooming brewery. Many like to start the new year with a cleanse and take part in Veganuary. Many stick with the vegan diet, or limit down their meat portions as they find their health has improved, they have done their research and don’t agree with the exploitation of animals, or maybe because January is a bleak month with nothing going on, so what else is there to do?!
